Earth Hour 2009 is a move to spread awareness about energy conservation.This global WWF climate change initiative first took place at Sydney,Australia in 2007.Since then,the program has been receiving tremendous support and it is expected to reach a billion supporters this year.
To be a part of this movement , turn off your lights for one hour tonight(i.e.,28th March) from 8:30 p.m to 9:30 p.m as per your local time. More importantly, practice and teach energy conservation among your family and friends.
